Less of a business, more home-based craft, this site is just a way to pay for this hobbyist tinker toys.
The prices are mostly covering the costs, with a bit added at the bottom to make it worthwhile. We keep the prices low by using the cheapest postage available, reusing old padded envelopes and a free Web host.
Plastic Fantastic
It's been always important to design smart, to make parts that will last for years and can be printed without supports to keep waste to a minimum and to use plastic that can be recycled like PET or biodegradable like PVA and PLA.
Even so, we can't ignore the fact that what we do is adding yet more plastic into the world.
In an effort to offset this, we'll be using exclusively Recycled Filaments from Filamentive, which take waste plastic from the polymer extrusion industry, to be remanufactured into recycled filament.
Please be considered with your purchase and do think twice when you buy something made of plastic, including from us. Chose plastics that can be recycled and then, when you are through with it, remember to recycle at the end.
Shipping:
All items are made to order, usually over the weekend and posted next week. Sometimes, with high order volume, it may take as many as two weeks to ship. You'll be contacted regarding any delays. The shipping time next to postage selection is just how long it takes Royal Mail on average to deliver. Orders over £30 will be sent "Signed For"
Returns:
If when received, you find the order not to be as advertised we do accept returns. Every item on this site has been extensively tested and proven to last. If, after some use, you endeavour to break them, we'll be curious to hear the story and, at our discretion, we may redesign and replace or refund if that is the case.
