Inspired by the real steel Salvo 12 Shotgun Suppressor, this 3D Printed DIY Airsoft Shotgun Tracer Kit is designed to work with the ASG B&T Tracer unit.
Unlike others that cost hundreds, this shotgun tracer unit has no proprietary electronics and it's easy to maintain and repair. At only 230g this tracer unit has proven to be quite tough during hundreds of hours of intense CQB fighting.
With every purchase, we will send a download link for a "How To" pdf, in which you will find how, with only a few tools and only basic soldering skills, you can easily dismantle the donor tracer unit down to the PCB module, rewired it to a rechargeable battery and then fit it inside the 3D printed case. The result is a lightweight shotgun tracer unit that will light up those dark CQB days.
What the Airsoft Shotgun Kit contains and what else you need
The Shotgun Tracer Kit contains:
3D Printed parts : Case, Inner Tube, Switch bracket and 1x adapter of your choice (just leave a note when ordering)
1x small connector - male and female (Molex kk, JST-XH)
18-20 awg Wire – black and red, about 30cm in each colour, silicone preferable
3mm Heat Shrink Insulation – about 3”
and extra adapters if needed for different toys in your arsenal
Tools needed:
Soldering iron and paraphernalia
Sharp blade (Craft knife)
#3 Phillips Screwdriver
2.5mm Allen key
Electrical Tape (or Kapton, or Cello-tape)
Multimeter - optional

We have sold lots of Shotgun kits and never had a problem. That said, there are different makers of airsoft toys, made with quite wide tolerances. If you encounter any issues using the adapter please contact us and we will sort it promptly. We do accept returns.
Designed and 3D Printed to order in the UK using Filamentive PLA Tough, a plant-based filament with qualities similar to ABS. Depending on order volume, it may take 3-15 days to make. We reuse old envelopes and shipping cost is the cheapest for items of this size and value.
